About Business Games
Business Games are:
- A highly engaging training tool in the form of games.
- Training assets in your company.
- A training tool you can facilitate yourself.
- Training solutions you only buy once.
- An affordable training solution that is cheaper than all the traditional training
methods. - Games based on NEOTERIC (Up To Date) Business knowhows designed to teach
new skills more effectively than any known training tool.
There are three types of Business Games:
- Readymade Business Games
- Customized Business Games
- Business Game Ecosystems.
Readymade Business Games are mass-produced for a wide range of companies.
They are not customized for the specific needs of a certain company or entity. As such, they come at the affordable prices. also if you compare the accumulative cost of the traditional courses Vs. the one time cost of the business games, you would find that Business Games are cheaper and more cost effective because it becomes a company
asset with no retaining cost like traditional training whenever there is a turnover or newcomers.
Customized Business Games are produced differently. These games are designed and produced upon request from companies and entities to fulfill or upgrade certain training or development topics that are not readily tackled by our Readymade Collections. This kind of service is pricier.
A Business Game Ecosystem is a service we provide for big corporates and/or government entities, where we restructure the entirety of their Training & Development departments so that they are fully adopting a game-based training approach.
We have designed our business games in the physical form of card & board games because we believe that physical interaction is the most effective way of learning.
However, we do offer the option of customizing games—in both physical and online forms—for additional charges.
Fun & Value’s Business Games are training tools in the form of games; they are built on business knowhows designed to train players on certain skill sets in a very engaging and entertaining way
Business simulations are games focused on making players engage in the business environment by replicating an exact simulation of business experiences.
Business Games, on the other hand, target specific skills, strategies, equations, and concepts that are actively and tangibly usable in real-life business situations.
If you have a tight schedule or would like to achieve the highest training efficiency
possible, we do offer the option of hiring a licensed Fun & Value consultant for
additional fees.
To hire one of our consultants, simply choose the number of training days you would
like to hire the consultant for and add them to your cart while ordering your business
game(s) of choice.
Fun & Value games are designed to be facilitated by the managers themselves. Our game manuals are intentionally easy to read and understand so that you are able to smoothly take on the role of the game facilitator.
That said, the facilitation efficiency is solely dependent on how much the facilitator—be it the manager or a Fun & Value certified consultant—understands the game handbooks (especially the Manager’s Manual) regardless of whether or not they have previous experience in training.
We actually recommend that managers facilitate our games themselves for two main reasons:
- It will help strengthen the bond between the manager and their team.
- If you outsource a consultant for the facilitation of any given business game, you might feel underqualified to facilitate other games yourself later on.
Consequently, you’ll probably end up hiring a consultant for all our business games, which beats the purpose of our games being cost-efficient.
At any case, if you would still like to hire a Fun& Value certified consultant— whether for lack of time due to tight schedules or to get an idea of how it’s done if you have no previous experience in training, the option is always available through our website.

How to Play Business Games
Business games are, by design, easy to facilitate and easy to play. Also, unlike business simulations, business games come with brief handbooks drafted in the form of questions and answers covering all the queries that might come to the mind of the reader, be it a player or a facilitator.
You can easily access the PDF files through your buyer’s account on our website.
There are three handbooks included with all our games, You will only need to read the handbooks once, and resort back to them when needed. The three handbooks are:
- The Manager’s Manual: your ultimate guide to facilitating a Fun & Value business game. It lists, in detail, all the steps of how to facilitate the game, written in what we call the PIP (Pre-Game, In Game, and Post Game) Model, which explains the three main phases of facilitating a business game.
The explanation below each of these phases will teach you how to prepare, set up for, and start the game; how to explain the game’s business model to your team; and how to manage and facilitate the game to help your team acquire new skills and apply them in real-life situations. - The Model Manual: a guide explaining the business model, the know-how behind the game, and the new skills it will teach your team.
- Game Instructions: a guide introducing the game and the rules of playing in the form of questions and answers.
Each of these three handbooks takes an average of 15–25 minutes of reading. As a facilitator, you’ll also need an average of 2-4 hours to fully understand everything in the files.
The Manager’s Manual handbook is specifically designed for managers with no previous experience in facilitation. The manual is based on our neoteric PIP (Pre-Game, In-Game, and Post Game) Model, which will guide you through every step of the way, from setting up the game to following up on the results after playing.
If you follow this manual, you’ll excel at facilitating our business games, and you’ll be able to efficiently train your team.
Each Fun & Value business game comes with its own neoteric, easy to understand, and exhibited Model Manual; a guide that features a detailed explanation of the scientific knowhow behind the game along with how this science lends itself to practical applications in real-life. The guide is also very brief and to-the-point, so you shouldn’t face any trouble when reading through it.
The average minimum number of players for most of our games is 2–3 players, and the maximum number is often between 12 and 24 players.

About Fun & Value
No, Fun & Value is the first Business Game company in the world.
The main difference between gamification companies and Fun & Value is that gamification companies gamify—or design business simulations for— old-fashioned educational contents that isn’t based on business knowhows or modules.
Here at Fun & Value, on the other hand, we design our business games from start to finish. We don’t just gamify educational contents; we create our own scientific contents based on scientifically proven knowhows. We then turn these knowhows into games and produce them in our factories.
Even when we customize business games, we don’t rely on the client’s educational content only. Rather we assess their needs, have our R&D labs customize business knowhows that serve these needs, then we create and produce the designed business games ourselves.
Because Fun & Value is the first to invent Card & Board Business Games as training tools based on educational content. Business Games are not sold by anyone else in the world, and there is no other store specialized in selling training tools in the form of Business Games.
All the other business training solutions are either gamification companies using readymade knowhows in their games, or games played for fun and not based on any kind of scientific content.
Fun & Value has a separate subsidiary, an R&D company specialized in developing neoteric scientific content on critical business issues, which is why we guarantee you’ve never come across any of our knowhows before.
